This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our websites, membership or course portals, podcast pages, email newsletters, digital downloads, coaching services (including Zoom sessions), and any other online services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
We are established in California, USA and primarily serve customers in the United States, but we may process data of individuals from other countries, including the EU/EEA and UK.
1) Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Identifiers & Contact Data: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, account log-in, IP address, device identifiers.
- Commercial & Transaction Data: purchases, subscriptions, course/membership enrollments, order history, refund history.
- Payment Data: processed by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Profile, Coaching & Communications Data: information you provide in forms, applications, questionnaires, coaching intake notes you choose to share, messages you send us, support requests, and feedback.
- Audio/Visual/Call Data: Zoom session metadata and recordings only if you explicitly consent to recording; otherwise sessions are not recorded. Group sessions are usually recorded, but will not be shared in a publicly available forum.
- Usage & Analytics Data: pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages, timestamps, approximate geolocation from IP, and similar data collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & Tracking below).
- Marketing Preferences: email subscription status, opt-in/opt-out records, and your interactions with our emails.
- Podcast Interactions: analytics from our podcast host (e.g., Libsyn), such as downloads and listening metrics (aggregated or pseudonymous).
- Sensitive Personal Information: We do not seek to collect sensitive data (e.g., health, biometric, precise geolocation). If you voluntarily share sensitive personal information during coaching, we will handle it confidentially and use it only for the coaching purpose you requested.

- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services (websites, courses, memberships, coaching sessions, podcast access).
- Process transactions, deliver products/services, and provide customer support.
- Send administrative messages (e.g., purchase confirmations, service updates).
- Send marketing communications only if you’ve opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- Personalize content and improve the Services, including usability, security, and performance.
- Conduct analytics to understand usage patterns, diagnose issues, and enhance offerings.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect our rights, users, and the public.
- With your consent only, may record and share Zoom sessions or service testimonials.
GDPR legal bases (where applicable): performance of a contract; legitimate interests (service improvement, security, analytics, limited direct marketing to existing customers); compliance with legal obligations; and consent (for email marketing where required, cookies where required, and any recordings).

We disclose the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes, retention approach, and whether we “sell” or “share” data as defined by CPRA (§1798.140). We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention: We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described (see Retention below).
4) Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our site, remember preferences, and analyze performance. Where required, we will display a cookie banner and obtain consent before setting non-essential cookies.
- Analytics: e.g., Google Analytics (IP address, device info, site usage) to understand traffic and improve content.
- Email Analytics: our email service provider (e.g., ConvertKit) may track opens/clicks to measure engagement.
- Advertising: We currently do not run cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide opt-out mechanisms as required.
You can control cookies via your browser settings. If you reject certain cookies, site features may be limited.
Do Not Track: We do not respond to DNT signals due to industry standards not being uniform; we honor applicable legal opt-out rights instead.

We disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients, solely to help us deliver and improve the Services, under contracts that limit their use of your data:

- Email & Marketing: email service provider, landing page tools, CRM.
- Payments: payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- Learning & Membership Platforms: (e.g., Membership.io) to deliver courses, communities, and protected content.
- Scheduling & Conferencing: (e.g., Calendly, Zoom).
- Podcast Host/Analytics: (e.g., Libsyn).
- Professional Advisors & Compliance: legal, tax, and accounting advisors.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and property. In a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, your information may be transferred consistent with this Policy.
6) International Data Transfers
If you are outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data protection laws. Where required by GDPR/UK GDPR, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful transfer mechanisms with our processors.

- Recordings/Testimonials: We obtain your explicit consent before recording or publishing.
We maintain strong integrity standards and will never sell our email list.
8) Your Privacy Rights
California (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to:
- Know/Access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions).
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt-out of sale or sharing of personal information (not applicable as we do not sell/share).
- Limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information (we do not use SPI beyond the permitted purposes).
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
How to exercise: Email tami.north@introvertedexecutive.com with the subject “California Privacy Request” and specify your request (Access/Know, Delete, Correct). We will verify your identity (e.g., email verification or reasonable documentation) and respond within the statutory timeframe. You may also use an authorized agent who meets CPRA requirements.
GDPR / UK GDPR (if you are in the EU/EEA or UK)
You may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing (including direct marketing), and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

Other U.S. States
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (e.g., CO, CT, VA, UT, etc.) may have similar rights. Contact us and we will honor applicable rights.
9) Children’s Privacy
Our Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (U.S.) or under the age of digital consent in other jurisdictions. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact tami.north@introvertedexecutive.com and we will promptly delete it.
10) Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS, access controls, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11) Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described above, comply with legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. For example, transaction records may be retained for tax and accounting requirements (typically 7 years in the U.S.).
12) Third-Party Links
Our Services may link to third-party sites or content we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites. Review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
13) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be communicated via the site, email, or other reasonable means.
